They did just that and now the gun fires LR and Mag rounds perfectly.

The lady I spoke with immediately said, 'Yes! Return the defective cylinder to us and we will replace it and no charge!'. I asked if they could offer any advice or tips on how I might correct the problem.

I explained that I had never attempted to fire the Mag cylinder until a few day ago an was not aware there was a problem. I told them I understood that the gun, a little over two years old, was well beyond the 1 year warranty. I called Heritage and politely explained the problem I was having. The Mag cylinder was not indexing properly. I took the gun home, gave it a thorough cleaning and went back out to shoot the next day. When I attempted to fire the gun, only about half of the rounds would fire and when I tried to eject rounds I had to wiggle the cylinder to get the ejector rod to line up properly. When I loaded the Mag rounds the gun just didn't feel right. I took the rounds and the gun the next time I went out to shoot. 22 Mag rounds I had forgotten that I had. Just for fun, I bought one of their inexpensive six shooters about two years ago. Just wanted to post a quick 'thank you' note here re: Heritage Manufacturing :bthumb:
